Appointment Cancellations: All clients will be reminded about their upcoming appointments 48 hours in advance. New Clients: As we have a strict no-show policy, we request clients arrive on time: Cancellations & rescheduling is required with 6 hours’ notice. If you do not show within 10 minutes of your allocated appointment time without giving advanced notice, there will be a 30% charge of the service, and it will result in immediate cancellation of your treatment. If you are a new client and booked to take advantage of our first-time offer, failure to notify Skin Laundry about your cancellation will unfortunately result in new clients being unable to avail the first-time offer.
